RecommendedHuge shout out to Brandon W. Anyone who knows me knows I don't handle car problems well due to knowing NOTHING. Went in today with a check engine light problem. He hooked up the reader thing (my car knowledge showing) & said it was simply because I needed a new gas cap. Helped change it out & now check engine light is gone. THANK YOU!!! 5 stars!!
My friend and i were traveling home to WI from the black hills, SD with our horses and we realized the trailer lights/ brakes got ripped out so we had wires hanging.. we struggled and stopped for 4 hours at multiple places and found nobody willing to help.. we stopped in here and a fella named CHRIS was the most amazing person.. got us the right part and even came out in the parking lot and re wired our horse trailer for us.. we still had a 7.5 hour drive home with horses loaded and there is no way it would have been possibl... read more
On Saturday the 28th I walked into the store looking for an unknown answer. I was greeted by a very gentleman-like young blonde haired man who didn't shun me because I was a 40 year old woman not having a clue. Instead he got me exactly the part I needed and asked if I needed anything else so heck ya due to the customer service I bought a set of wiper blades I needed too and had planned to buy at Walmart or somewhere where they were probably cheaper.........just saying customer service goes a long ways.
