Manager has no emotional control and will embarrass a customer by yelling at them in front of other customers due to issues he has within his work life. Not only that employees are always sitting at the counter and not willing to look for parts for customers. Called corporate and waiting for a resolution. Hopefully taken accordingly.
We stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts after realizing we had brought the wrong size hitch to pick up our U-Haul trailer. Since we didn’t want to drive all the way back to Bardstown, we went into the store hoping to purchase the correct size. The store manager went above and beyond what we ever expected. He told my husband that he had an extra hitch and was willing to lend it to us, asking only that we return it when we were finished. Oreillys in Springfield KY. Awesome store with great people who are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Always smiling ready to help with all your needs. That’s where I get my Bling Sauce, this stuff is so good it’s unreal. It’s become my favorite product. This stuff ain’t for sissies!
