Today, 10/12/24 I called our local O’Reilly Auto Parts store & spoke with Shay about a replacement battery. Thankfully Shay’s shift wasn’t over when we were finally able to get there. Shay confirmed the battery needed replacing & the alternator wasn’t the issue. Shay worked tirelessly to 1st ‘find’ the battery & then remove it because of the uniqueness of its placement.
