The AC blower on our van went out while driving from New Orleans to Dallas in 95° heat. We stopped overnight in Natchitoches and got the part from O'Reilly's. Mr. Michael was working and was SO helpful!! He loaned us a socket wrench so my husband could change the blower and even bought him a water while he was working in the heat. Kindness, quick service, and we were back on the road with fresh AC!
The employees are very helpful in finding the parts that you need!
Young man was VERY helpful and courteous.
