Our car battery died near here and someone recommended O’Reilly auto parts in Los Alamos. We were sold a decent battery and not “upsold” the more expensive one by “Larry”. He then came out and installed the battery as well performed an alternator check. If you are in need of anything automotive and are near Los Alamos we highly recommend visiting this place and ask for Larry.
Raphael was such a great help! My battery died and it was still under warranty with the previous owner and he got it replaced for free for me in under 15 minutes! Super nice and I am very relieved about my battery!
Went to get a battery and all the employees were great and knowledgeable. Michael was very patient and helpful with installing the battery in my car. The community is blessed to have O'Reilly
I genuinely used to love this store and the employees for all of my auto parts and service needs, and it has absolutely been my preferred location for the last four years or so while I fix and maintain older vehicles. However, in recent months I have never felt more unwelcome as a customer. There's a bit of a culture of giving customers a "hard time" with jokes, which is fine, but some employees now take it too far without actually being helpful.
