Good auto parts shop. It's useful that it is close to my house
Manager ignored me for 15 mins and when he came finally to talk to me, he took 15 seconds to tell me he couldn't help. He wasn't exactly nice about it either.
Last week my 89yo mother was having trouble with her vehicle. She lives in Los Alamos NM, a town lacking adequate/qualified repairs especially for foreign cars. She had warning lights having to do with the oil system and the closest service was over 40 miles away. Our car battery died near here and someone recommended O’Reilly auto parts in Los Alamos. We were sold a decent battery and not “upsold” the more expensive one by “Larry”. He then came out and installed the battery as well performed an alternator check. If you are in need of anything automotive and are near Los Alamos we highly recommend visiting this place and ask for Larry.
