I frequently contact your establishment to inquire about the availability of parts for my vehicle. Upon answering, I am often placed on hold almost immediately after beginning my inquiry, without the opportunity to fully articulate my request. This often results in a wait time of 5 to 10 minutes, which I find excessive, leading me to disconnect the call after approximately 5 minutes. This has been a recurring issue, and I suspect it may be attributed to a particular employee.
Martin really helped me out, reading the error code for my flash check engine code, and then going above and beyond to help me replace my ignition coil. I have Martin a $40 tip. Thank you so much for your help!

10/10 customer service. My alternator died on me on the way home from work and had to get a tow home. I called the store and spoke to Jordan. He told me it was most likely an issue with my alternator. I came down to the store and he had everything ready for me as soon as I walked in. He also recommended me a new belt since I was replacing my alternator. Thanks for getting me out of a pickle guys. I really appreciate you guys for taking care of me!
