Just wanna say that O’Reilly‘s on Ballwin Beach is well managed. I just wanna say thank you to Brendan. He was wonderful. I got there at 7:20. They opened the door right at 7:30 came out open the door and said hello. I walked Danny. He says how can I help you? I said my car needs Freon then he was able to look me up in the computer got the Freon was kind enough to put it in still waiting on customers. I went in on the 30th of December because I had my check engine light on for the past few days. Martin scanned my vehicle and helped me figure out the issue was a misfire. He helped replace the parts needed to be fixed, and I was able to drive my car more comfortably. I appreciate him taking the time to help me out even a few minutes before closing time.

I want to personally thank Martin who worked at the store on December 30th for his courteousness and understanding with our cars' situation. He showed care and helped us without concerns. I appreciate his time and will come back to O'Reilly Auto in the future

Terrible customer service. I came in before closing twice and was treated like an inconvenience both times. Employees were rude, dismissive, and clearly rushing customers out instead of helping. I was given wrong parts, incorrect information, and pressured to finish quickly. One employee even refused to round my total down 22 cents after already offering a larger discount—pure pettiness.
