Terrible manager, customer service. They lost a loyal customer of 20+ years. – Shopped there for years. Never again. One day noticed a poster for tool rentals and asked if they had a hub puller. Store manager (pot-bellied hispanic woman, 50s) gives me a brand new hub tool set, quoting a mere $7 rental. When she can't get the receipt to print properly, she instead rings up full price on my credit card, telling me to remind her when I bring it back so she can adjust it later.
