Always my go to place for parts. They’ll order and get it quick if it’s not in stock. Usually that afternoon or next day if it’s at another store.
Horrible customer service. I officially hate coming here. Employees are lazy and unwilling to help. Jesus, the manager i had to deal with seemed mad from the start despite me approaching and explaining my situation politely. He then lied about my battery saying it was good when we both knew it wasn’t. You would think the manager of an auto parts store would be knowledgeable about these types of issues and how to go about resolving them.
