I went into OReilly Auto Parts in Frisco and bought a new battery for my truck. I brought the wrong tools to change the battery, and I would have had to go home to get the tools in order to bring the battery back to avoid the core charge. Gerald from OReilly was very helpful and brought his tools out to help me. I know that he didn’t have to do that but he went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciated his friendly and professional nature. Thank you Gerald!
