Went a few days ago to this. store to get a part for my car. The manager had an attitude called me a Mexican and told me to go to AutoZone. Very nasty people.
Gerald gets 5 stars today! Amazing customer service .I needed to replace my battery and was able to get it at another O’Reilly yesterday. Because of the situation I had to uninstall & reinstall by myself. As a woman who had never taken out her own battery and replaced it by myself I knew it was not properly tightened.
