Front desk employee didn’t even acknowledge me coming in. I was waiting for a good 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I originally came in to get a new battery, I tested my battery before arriving. The employee insisted on testing and confirmed it was a dead battery. As we looked up batteries the employee said a professional needed to install it.. Have an acct. With this store, but half of my business, goes to Advance Auto parts!. Due to the lack of the employees not answering the phone! Especially on the weekends!
