They do not answer their phone aside from just picking it up to hang up on you. This has happened 5 times now. They make it hard to be a customer when they refused to speak to the customer.
I went in to get spark plugs, and Isaac and Isaiah were absolutely amazing! They were super helpful, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience fun. Their humor and great attitudes honestly made my day. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you both for going above and beyond! Autozone & Advanced Auto Parts can’t compete. Lol
