Store #760 has always been my go to store as a result of their great customer service. Yesterday, to my surprise instead of taking containers with used oil to recycle I was instucted to do the process myself, and take their empty containers with me. This was a big inconveniece. Please notify me if this is the new policy, and if it is, I will look for a new go to store for my automotive needs.
Abby was AMAZING. She helped me save so much from dealership pricing. Gave great advice on what I could do myself and also what not to try!! Nicole was all knowing what I need so fast when I returned for second trip of the day. Thank you Ladies for helping the lady out.
