Guy at the Crockett road store is so awesome. I was late for an appointment and it was pouring and my truck wasn't wanting to start I had to jump it to get there. I stopped in and he told me not to worry. He went outside in the pouring rain and checked my battery just to discover it was bad. Then he replaced it in the pouring rain which was good because my husband was at work and couldn't help me. Anyways I am so thankful he was there! Busy but great staff!!!
The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't treat me like 'a dumb woman'. They had my part in stock. But the last time they had to order it. They called me ahead of scheduled because it came in 2 days earlier than expected. YeeHaw!!!
