I was on my way to the store to pick up a part that I needed as my car started running rough. On the way to the store my car would barely run. I arrived at the store and Richard pulled the codes and confirmed that I needed a coil pack for a misfire issue. I had originally planned on making the purchase and going home and installing it. Since I barely made it to the store I had to do it there. Richard and the manager that was there were both extremely helpful. I always like good customer service and they provided it. Toby was very nice. He came outside and tested our battery, for no charge, then jump started our car so we could go to our garage.
