Both Randy and Rachael went above and beyond to ensure I had the right part, shared his expertise to guide me through the replacement process, and left me informed and pleased with my visit. I will definitely return, not only for the reasonable prices but also for the exceptional customer service and assistance both Rachael and Randy provided. Highly recommend this location!
As a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles, I stopped at O’Reillys on Pace Blvd in Pensacola Fl. I am here on vacation, and my headlight went out. Randy and Rachael were the most professional, knowledgeable and respectful people I’ve ever met at an auto store, including my home town mechanic.
