I wish I could remember the woman's name who helped me. She was awesome. Tested my battery and tried to charge it. Needed a new one she she installed a new one and tested my starter and alternator. Got.me back on the road quickly.
The lady there was very helpful. She went above and beyond and even phoned a friend to help me replace my brakes on my truck. He had it done in just over 1 hour. She was very kind.
After a long 10 hours of no help or guidance, as a last resort we called this Oreilly to search for the part ourselves. Little did I know Mike would step in and help us out and ensure that we got back on the road safely. He is the kindest person you’d ever meet, can’t recommend his stores enough!
After a blown tire and being stranded in the middle of a road trip, nobody else in the area had the part we needed, but Mike was kind enough to bring the part to us. Every O’Reilly in the area is in great hands with Mike as the district manager. Thank you Mike!
