I had to go in tonight to get a new battery for my car. The lady working (we think she was the manager, but can't remember her name) and Juan were amazing. Super helpful and nice. We will definitely be back! Thank you both so much.
Service is horrible the staff is horrible vibe is the worst I just needed my battery checked and if I needed to replace and they refused the manager had me wait for 20 minutes until the other guy finish with his customer because she didn’t feel like to get up and do some work this was on Friday I knew my business wasn’t wanted there my husband took the car to carol stream they sold him a battery and installed for us …. This is how is done we were acknowledge and appreciated there thanks Tommy from the carol stream store
