I love my local O'Reilly's location. The store is always very organized, cleaned and the staff is always so helpful. Danielle solves all my problems and makes great recommendations for my vehicle maintenance. I am so thankful for all the great people here

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews or complain. The employees did help me when I asked a question about the type of oil my vehicle requires, so I do want to acknowledge that. However, I was extremely uncomfortable with the conversation taking place between a female and male employee while I was in the store with my two children, ages 9 and 12. I visited this O'Reilly location two days ago and had a very disappointing experience. A bald white male employee pointed me toward the wipers but refused to answer my questions or help with installation. His attitude felt dismissive, and it seemed like he treated me and my parents differently because of our skin color. I returned today to exchange the wipers and had a completely different experience -- a young woman with blue eyes and long blonde hair was extremely helpful and respectful. I stopped in during the snowstorm to buy new windshield wipers, and Daisy delivered standout service. She helped me pick the right ones for my car, walked me through the differences, and then went the extra mile by coming outside and installing them for me in the freezing cold. That level of customer care is rare. Daisy turned a stressful situation into a quick, easy fix, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend seeing her if you need anything.
