Don't shop here!! I was aware of the 48 hour rental tool policy in order to get your refund, so I made sure to return the tool the same day except as soon as I try to return it, I'm told they can't do any large refunds after 5 pm and to come back in the morning. Seriously??? I can understand if I did cash and there wasn't enough cash available, but I used my card. Can't do a $100 return to my card because it's past 5pm?!? I've been buying BRAKES for 30 years!!! Went there to get brakes and the young man told me ...after my vin and plate number that I need to go out side and measure my roaters LOL Never in my life have I EVER been told that. Cute tho Lol
