Best parts store around they never waste my time.
This is the hidden gem in the Elgin/South Elgin area.The guys working here are the best.They try and help everyone and always seem to have a solution.I am reluctant to post because I dont want them to get to busy.The one in Elgin though sucks ,terrible service and other places in the area dont have enough material and as good of service
Don't shop here!! I was aware of the 48 hour rental tool policy in order to get your refund, so I made sure to return the tool the same day except as soon as I try to return it, I'm told they can't do any large refunds after 5 pm and to come back in the morning. Seriously??? I can understand if I did cash and there wasn't enough cash available, but I used my card. Can't do a $100 return to my card because it's past 5pm?!? I've never seen a BS reason like that before. That just shows this company will do what they can to try ... read more
