Their service has always been good for me. The young man that helped me today had only been there a couple months. He replaced my battery & earned himself a tip. I believe we should take care of those that take care of us.
Waited for over 20 minutes to get my wipers replaced, and a young lady came in and asked to get her battery checked, and out the door he went. Not another soul in here except employees .
I came in to get a new battery for my car, and the manager, Leroy, was so kinds to put it in for me! This store is always so helpful.
Very disappointing customer service. The employee didn’t seem willing to help me or even look into my question to find an answer. I expected better service and assistance from O’Reilly Auto Parts. I hope management addresses this because customers should feel like they’re being helped when they come in.
Always someone is there to help with whatever needs u might have to be dealing with Brittney was a big help sorry to see her leave to go back to Walmart but I get it more money makes a happier person but walmart
