The staff is always great but this morning I was waiting in line and the sun was beaming through the windows and made me sweat. Not a big deal for me but I can't imagine being an employee because the sun was shining behind the counter too. Why aren't there some cheap blinds put up? I don't like supporting poor management but being from Springfield, MO I always shop at O'Reilly.
Lucas was extremely helpful. Explained everything so I could understand. Even drew diagram to show me how to fix my car.
Lucas is a huge asset to the team. I went into Dobbs to get a check engine light diagnosed and they tried to charge me $210 just for diagnostics. I then went to OReilly and Lucas was able to diagnose and sell me the parts for half the price and I get to go home with the tools and parts... I would rate this place a 10/5 if I could!
