Was able to get the part Not as great quality but good for the price
Daniel was great. I had went to valvoline to get a blinker bulb changed and the man said he couldn’t figure out how to get to my bulb. I decided to pop next door and see if you all could help me. Daniel came outside and said no problem. This is one of the easiest ones he had ever seen. He took care of me in no time and it was greatly appreciated!
The manager helped me, a grown adult, swap my battery and was very kind about it. Coming back here for the great people skills.
Everyone is always very polite and the store seems clean and well run. My issue is that I will need a part. I'll check online and it'll say its in stock. I'll call the store to confirm its available and in stock. Ill show up only to be told it's not available or that it is available but at the Granite City or Wood River location. This has happened so frequently that I've given up even bothering. I just go 1/8 mile down the road to Advance or across the street to AutoZone. Beyond frustrating. Get it together.
