I have been a loyal customer for ten years, but I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness at this location. I was informed that the necessary parts are unavailable and that my warranty claim would be delayed, as the staff claimed they lack the capacity to assist customers. I simply require assistance with replacing my vehicle's headlight bulbs.
