Dropped my battery off around 11:30 am to get tested and charged, Waited 4-5 hours with no update, so I finally called and was told it had already been tested and marked “bad” way earlier. No call no heads upnothing. Took the same battery to Walmart right after, and it tested fine and held a charge with no issues. So not only was the communication poor, but the testing seems questionable too. If you’re going to offer battery services, at least keep customers informed instead of wasting time.
Jose B. Made a diagnostic on my 2007 trailblazer Lt. I was having problems with my power steering and he determined that my problem was my power steering pump so I went to my mechanic and my mechanic told me that I do need to replace my power steering pump so I went and purchased a power steering pump. Jose did a amazing job with helping me with my problem. I would recommend Jose B to any of my family and Friends for helping me when I really needed it the most...
