Was visiting from out of town and I needed a specific part for my vehicle prior to getting back on the highway. I was assisted by Tim, Tim is very knowledgeable, patient as well as extremely professional! Tim ensured I had the correct part I needed and played a big part in my road trip being safe! Thank you Tim for all of your help and patience with me.
We tend to go to this local store because my wife knows some of the people that work there and we seem to find everything we need for a vehicle at the moment highly recommend these guys
This store is going downhill majorly overheard employees talking about how there fighting over who has to help customer in line been to the store on several occasions mainly typically around night time every time I walk in or any customer walks in it seems like they hide and hurry and disappear seems like everyone there has an attitude by far one of the Oreillys I don’t recommend visiting
placed items on counter then stood at counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of hello or can i help you.. while 1 worker helped the only other customer in store next to me and the other employee walked by twice then vanished to the back .. couldn't even say be with you in a minute or just a sec.. so I placed items back on shelf and left. I will no longer go to this store location ...
