placed items on counter then stood at counter for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of hello or can i help you.. while 1 worker helped the only other customer in store next to me and the other employee walked by twice then vanished to the back .. couldn't even say be with you in a minute or just a sec.. so I placed items back on shelf and left. I will no longer go to this store location ...

One of my favorites…
In the past I have been greeted with a smile and eagerness to help me. Today, I stood there and wait to be acknowledged. Once I told them what I was looking for, the attitude was obvious. Instead of offering to help me replace the part, I was shown a video. Make me feel like an inconvenience, I'll go somewhere else. Monika, assistant manager, better suited to unload trucks with limited access to customers.
