Not only did the sales Associate make sure I was getting the right product for my car but had a frequent customer go look at my car and see if they could fix it before I spent my money. I’ve never been before this visit but with that customer service you have a customer for life

I purchased a defective part at a different Oreilly’s location. It’s too far to return there for the warranty, but I was told that the stores aren’t linked and I’d need a receipt. I travel a lot so that’s not going to work for me.
