Llevo mucho tiempo comprando en esta tienda de Gainesville. Finalmente dejaré de ir a esta sucursal debido a mi última experiencia con Lori, la gerente. Es una persona muy maleducada. Le expliqué que había comprado la pieza equivocada y que simplemente quería cambiarla, y me respondió: "No es mi problema". I am also bilingual and understood her other crude language she uses.
Rudest manager ever. She (Laurie) talks to her customers like they are ignorant. Very aggressive woman.
Vic is the man! He offered advice on my sisters Corolla. Did the brakes and rotors and bled the brakes too. Walked me thru the steps on how to bleed the brakes. And car stops on a dime. Now for new tires and LED headlight kit and a full detail. God bless this store. Gotta do the rear brakes and rotors in about 2 months. Will definitely be back.
Lori is a great manager always gives great customer service and super knowledgeable!! Daniel is also very professional. Always willing to go above and beyond.
LORI IS THE RUDEST MANAGER EVER, THREATENING TO CALL POLICE WHEN YOU GIVE THE SAME ENERGY BACK TO HER. THEY SALE USED PARTS TO YOU THEN SAY OH NO WE CHECK EVERY RETURN NOT ON BROWNS BRIDGE ..... BEWARE
