Bad customer service. I waited at the counter while 2 employees just talked to each other. I just left and went to advanced auto.
Mike was not who I expected as a professional o’Reilly employee. Came out looking like he was at home relaxed in flip flops open up button shirt! Tell me what part I needed and once I had the information he sent me to the back to go find my items like I work there! I gave up finding these numbers and spoke with another employee younger gentleman who was kind to help get me in and out. This review is towards this employee Mike.
I was waiting for 20 minutes, and the staff were passing by on the phone.
