I would like to specify mention Deena and Khalil for their customer service. My car died on me about half a mile up the road, the intersection of Camden and Hope Mills Rd. I had bought a battery from O'Reilly less than a year ago (different location) and I wanted to come in and file a warranty claim. However, every time I jumped started my car, it would die instantly, so I couldn't drive it to the store. I called and spoke to Deena and she said they need to test the old battery and if it's defective, they'll exchange it out.... read more
