Eric at O'Reilly Auto Parts was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out with my new car battery -unlike the staff at Advance Auto Parts across the street. Due to medical issues I'm not able to lift or manage heavy objects; however he had everything changed out within 10 minutes. The staff at Advance said they couldn't help me because of the 30+ minutes it would take...? Eric must be superman! Thank you!
