Great customer service
I purchased a battery from your store, and your employee offered to install it for me. He brought out the tools and completed the installation in just a few minutes. It's so refreshing for this senior citizen to be treated so respectfully. I will definitely be referring others to your store.
I went in about a part on Jan 28th. Tim at the counter told me that I should buy a DC inverter and a space heater from Walmart. He refused to sell me the part I was after. I went elsewhere.
My husband and I go to O’Reillys for all our various car parts. They’re always super helpful, reasonable and not there to get top dollar.
