Bad service
We purchased a battery for out 2010 Mercury Mariner on March 12th and had it installed by Assistant Manager Al, who went above and beyond by providing both excellent customer service and peace of mind. So very grateful that he took the time to test the entire system, and I left feeling both relieved and confidant that our car would be reliable for the foreseeable future. O'Reilly is and will continue to be our first choice for both auto parts and the kindness and expertise of its employees. Thank you!
Amazing customer service!!!!! Dec. 31 5pm: Our van, full of six people, started acting up as we were approaching Coldwater on the highway heading home from Northern Michigan. We pulled into O’Reilly’s parking lot. The team helped us check our battery, but we realized we had far worse problems. Because our van was no longer safe to drive , the workers at the counter became our Coldwater guides for restaurant and hotel options. They went above and beyond what was expected to help our family.
