Knowledgeable staff
Kenaniah and Al are awesome!! I know nothing about cars and they helped me on three occasions. Long story short I am physically challenged and mechanically too!! My car needed certain fluids they checked it filled it, saving my motor. Then my back turn light went out and they fixed it on the spot in the extreme heat taking only minutes. Both extremely friendly and professional. Way to go guys!!! Can't be beat in Branch County!!
I went here with my father earlier this evening and Al was working there and was VERY rude to him,. We asked about a thermostat for my Chrysler 200 and Al acted like my dad was supposed to know that it came with two,.um no ,not everyone knows that like he does,. He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,. never coming back here ever again,. Literally the worst O'Riley's in Coldwater because of him.not having that.no thank you.
