The staff was excellent at helping us test and problem solve our alternator while on vacation
Bought some parts from O'Reilly for the front end of my car. One of the parts was a special delivery in the boot was damaged on it. A person I talked to is a female that said that is under warranty and I explained to them that I have the part on my car I would have to take and get the part and then swap them out of my car and I can bring the old part back. I was told not a problem it's under warranty. So I asked if I needed to have money to buy the part and then get it back and they said no it's under warranty. I get to the ... read more
