I was having difficulty with getting various read outs on my Toyota Highlander and a employee with initials J B came out to assist ran some tests and discovered the start up battery was bad . We had to remove a plastic cover in the rear of the car gave me metric tools to remove it and extract the old battery . We worked together to replace it and his hands were able get the secure bar in place while tightening the nuts . Many thanks for the help and this is why I go out of my way to show my dedication the O'Reilly store's.
We were traveling from out of state and our check engine light went on. We stopped in to the shop and JB was very friendly and helpful. He scanned the code to diagnose the service engine light and was able to let us know what the issue was. We were very pleased with his assistance!
