If I could select zero stars... Today at noon we took my rotors to the store on Francis and Market to have them turned. The Manager April said "there is only 2 of us today so it will be 2 hours before they are done". We called at 3pm and only one of the 4 were done. Called again at 5pm and finally 2 of the 4 were done. Question them "why she would quote 2 hours and not even have an answer why they aren't done" she then continued to state not sure if they will be done at all today, but they are open until 10pm.
