We've shopped at several O'Reilly locations and this one in particular for almost a year. Many of the employees are quite helpful and a few quite knowledgeable. Lately there have been a couple that are not helpful and tend to ignore customers. Today in particular, an employee, Marco -- was very Unhelpful when I came into the store and then when I had to call and request if I could return just the light that did not work in the driving light kit I bought or if I had to return the whole kit.
