I’ve been a long-time customer of O’Reilly Auto Parts and have relied on this location for years. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this store was very disappointing due to how it was handled at the store level. I called ahead and spoke with multiple staff members who told me to come in regarding a battery issue. I drove a significant distance based on that guidance. My car was flashing a battery light. I went here and Jerry (nice guy) helped me figure out it was the alternator. He scanned it for free and put the windshield wipers on that I purchased. Thank God I was able to find the issue and not get stranded. The store was clean and every employee was great to work with. My auto parts store from now on!
Great store with quality tools and more at the lowest prices you'll ever find!
The only chino parts store I'll use. All the folks are great.
