Very friendly and helpful staff
I was having battery issues, and the manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts provided outstanding service. He charged my battery, tested the alternator, and made sure my car was in good working order. He never tried to upsell me anything and instead gave me an honest recommendation to get a full inspection if the issue continued. Great customer service.
I had battery issues and was stranded down at the grocery store, and two of the workers, TJ and Lindsey, walked all the way down from the auto parts store to help to try to figure out what was going on. TJ then went as far as making several trips back and forth to get more tools and a jump pack and installed a brand new battery cable turmenol piece along with finding the real issue itself. I wouldn't be driving my car without their help!! They were amazing!
