Very unfriendly staff and just plain lazy. No interest in customer service. I would recommend driving one mile down the road to Advance Auto Parts. Advance auto parts has WAY BETTER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF willing to go the extra mile for customer service.
These guys wouldn't check my battery because it is too cold outside. Went to Advance and they were happy to help, and sell me a new battery including installation. I know where I will be going from now on...

I always choose oreilly before advance...however, kinda disappointed this location has no security cameras. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and the worker there just had a "sorry bout your luck" attitude. All he would say is we don't have cameras so I can't help. Thanks for keeping your customers safe.
