The worst customer service I have ever received in my life! The employee’s name was Ahmad. He said I refuse to give you a discount because I have never seen one of those break in my life. I had a very unprofessional experience at this O’Reilly location. I sent two customers to pick up a high-pressure line needed for a repair. While they were at the counter, they connected me by phone with one of the employees so I could clarify the exact part. I clearly explained what was needed to avoid any confusion. Instead of listening and verifying the information, the employee became argumentative and dismissive. Terrible service. Before assisting me, they were helping a man who got upset about a warranty issue, and they started arguing and insulting each other. When it was my turn, they treated me with the same negative attitude. This is not the first time I’ve been treated so poorly at this location.
