The O'Reilly in Watertown is top notch. They take good care of their customers, especially the regulars.
I brought my battery there to get tested and they failed to call me. I had to go into the store and ask about it. The battery was no where to be found and they failed to reach out to me and to replace my battery. I do not recommend their service.
I want to say how GRATEFUL I am to them today!!! They went out of their way to help me!!! I needed new headlights cause I had one go out & they changed them for me( I know they advertise that they will do it) but they showed me something else that was gonna break & they ordered it & when they got it they called me & I went to get it & THEY ALSO PUT THAT IN ALSO !!!!
