I'm the stereotypical college girl who knows nothing about cars. Shawn was the GOAT and he was SO helpful. Shawn deserves a raise.
For the second time in 2 years my battery went dead due to a faulty alternator (which I did not know about). On both occasions O'Reilly (Watertown WI) replaced the battery for free, no questions asked, since it was still under warrantee (though technically, the fault was my car). The second time this happened, O'Reilly volunteered to test my alternator for free, thus alerting me to the problem. First rate service indeed!
I ordered a part yesterday evening, and it arrived this morning. They called this morning to let me know it came in.
I always get what I need here. The sales team is tight and seem to know their products, unlike that OTHER auto parts store. I just tell them what it is I'm working on, and they suggest the right parts. Oh oh oh , O'Reilly! The right parts for a great price the first time.
