Shane with O'Reilly's by Flowers Hospital is an absolute angel!! My battery was in terrible shape! I'm lucky my car didn't catch on fire! The battery acid was everywhere! Shane not only sold me the best battery but scrubbed all that mess off my connectors and changed my battery. It was so hot outside, and he didn't complain a single time. He even made jokes and treated me and my daughter like family. I will only come to this O'Reilly's for all my auto part needs. Thank you, Shane, for going above and beyond!
Purchased front and back brakes for my car, only needed front. Went to return the back brakes and they would not honor the return. Bad for business. Telling me I’d have to call corporate and I am calling them. Felt racist and poor customer service but did not have time to go elsewhere. Never again will I spend a dollar at this location.
Best parts store ever! Every guy there is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Richard is a great leader for the other guys and they all work so well together. These guys all pitched in to help me get an old screw out of a carburetor and were happy to do so. I absolutely love this store and haven’t encountered a better crew in Dothan.
