It was raining and I needed oil in my car at 730 pm. I didn't even have to ask. The man (wish I knew his name) was so kind and efficient. He didn't even get annoyed when I couldn't figure out how to pop my hood. Thank you O'Reilly. I'll be back!
Always find what I need
Meet the rudest individual I've ever met. I go to purchase several things wax my mother's and new windshield wipers. This gentleman decides while he's working with me to answer the phone and help another customer on the phone completely ignoring me and my needs putting the individual on the phone ahead of mine. I've been a long time customer of O'Reilly's but I will never go back there again. Worst experience ever. 04/09/26 @ 11:00 am
