I had an issue with my battery and David, at the Lexington store, was very helpful and got me back on the road quickly and with a smile. Nice guy and I would recommend them if you have a need. Give the guy a raise!!
Had a battery go bad under warranty I needed replaced this evening… it wasn’t under my phone number for some reason. David took the time to figure out how to track down the purchase instead of telling me tough luck. He was able to replace the battery under warranty. Truly appreciate him taking the time to help and exemplify customer service which in today’s world is a rarity. Thanks again.

I would like to acknowledge David Doura (or Dora I can’t remember how it’s spelled) at the O’Reilly’s in Lexington for some of the best customer service I’ve had from just about anywhere. He helped me find everything I needed all while keeping it within my price range as well as helped me install said items. He provided me with knowledge on related matters as well.
