I went to AutoZone earlier and was treated very poorly; they wouldn’t help me simply because it was raining. I had gone there thinking it was the best place to get help. Afterward, I came to O’Reilly, and the experience was completely different. When I asked the person on duty to check my car with the scanner, they didn’t hesitate to help and were very efficient and attentive. Excellent service—thank you. You’ll be my first choice next time.
Shout out to the great lady who was in there at 11a today. She helped me a great deal and got me back on the road safely.
