Absolutely absurd experience here. My daughters car battery died 1.5 miles from this store. She had her baby with her and asked if they could maybe bring a battery to her (NAPA & Autozone do this). They said they couldn’t because of driver safety concerns. Fear of a young woman and baby are real. She managed to get the car to start and run long enough to get to the store where they happily sold her a $280 battery but refused to help install it or even loan her tools insisting that it required “professional installation.” Tha... read more
i was here for about an hour and a half. notnonce did the guys ask me if inneeded help. not once did they welcome me in. right now there is 5 people workers and customers just sitting there talking. looking down on me just watching me. its sad. they still dont talk to me. idk why. but they are all rude. im ar the counter sitting waiting to be checked out ans ask about a relay. they havent helped me. they helping evryone else. so im just gonna walk out with ny stuff. they not asking me anything or trying to check me out. he h... read more
