I am in town on vacation and car battery dies. You offer battery change out service, but basically told me no, it will tie up my guys too long. You can take it across the street and pay them to install it. I know from experience when another car parts company changed out the battery in this same car and they did it in 40mins. Extremely helpful. Was my third location to check for some brakes for my vehicle. Only one that had everything I needed. And the only place to go in details of what was the best choice. The only place I will do business with in the future. All the others places I visited acted like it pissed them off that I asked them something.
