I ordered a head gasket kit and bolts. The gasket was overnight but the head bolts were special order, 4 day delivery. I asked and the clerk agreed to hold the gasket set until the bolts came in. Bentonville O'Reilly sent the gasket set back before the bolts came in. The clerk said he wouldn't argue about what they did, I said no argument, cancel the order. Now I get to rent a car for 5 extra days, that's enough for me to say no after buying parts there for 35 years.
Bad experience, went to return a bad battery that i brought yesterday, and looked like he just didn’t wanted to, he had a bad attitude towards me. Another team member had to come and help me.
I love this store. The folks who work here really know their auto parts, and have a great machine shop for brake rotor turning. his reminds me of the old school auto part stores I grew up with.
I've always had a great experience at this new location, on SW Regional Airport Rd. (#6010)? Joe is very helpful and patient, also giving great advice. Hank is too, and helped me pick out a good deal, and giving advice. Mark is also awesome !!!
I'm done buying batteries from O'Reilly's. They never lady a year and they don't stand behind the warranties.
