Our first time using O'Reilly's here in Jonesboro and it has been the worst experience. If you need your rotors turned, go elsewhere! We had to get corporate involved and even still had issues.
Whenever I need parts, oil, antifreeze O’Riley’s is always open and there for me. I get my reward points every time I shop there. They send me 5.00 off of a 10.00 purchase that I just used Saturday 12-16-17.
Ordered a part for my car on Monday and it was here Tuesday morning. However they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle. Then they had to order another one on Tuesday telling me it would be in this morning(Thursday). When I called to make sure it had arrived they told me it wouldn't be in until Friday. Not understanding how they can have a part here next day but when they reorder the part they were suppose to order the first time it takes three days to get here.
