The two workers were terrible and didn't help at all; they laughed at me and mocked me, and didn't even offer any assistance. I would never recommend this place.

Anthony took the time to look up the part that I needed and found a store that had it in stock according to the computer. He waited on hold while dealing with other customers and just did an amazing job with customer service. At this point in the day, I had already contacted two other competitors as well as two other dealerships looking for this part. I’m done with the 75th and Metcalf location. I went in for a simple CV axle for my Camry. I gave the guy my exact year, make, model, and engine—watched him type it in. He grabs a box from the back, taps the screen, and sends me on my way. I get the car up on stands, old axle pulled, transmission fluid everywhere... and the new one doesn't fit. I usually rely on O’Reilly for my automotive needs, but the experience at the 75th and Metcalf location was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was severely lacking I stood at the counter for nearly ten minutes while employees walked past without acknowledging me or offering assistance. When I finally did get help, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic knowledge of the parts I was looking for.
