Eddie at 79th and State was there by himself (listen up owner or manager) and in 10 minutes simultaneously juggled 5 total customers during that time and still did an outstanding job. Everyone got great service. I manage a local retail business and he's now on my radar screen. Great job.

Amazing O'Reillys they are always so helpful and friendly I almost know them all by name pretty much. I have been to a lot of places and this one just feels like home. Always helpful, very clean environment and when I need parts I can order them and they'll sometimes get here the same day!! Other stores need to take an example from these guys.
I took my car to scan the code they told me I had a misfire and a rocker arm actuator , I told him I wanted the rocker arm actuator and he proceed to tell me my motor had internal damage and was so rude about it , yet he got upset because his other coworker were leaving early and calling off. I went to AutoZone they sold me the part half price and my car is working just fine
The employee was helpful and let me check my vehicle parts outside before purchase
