Love those guys n gals
This store has horrible customer service, no knowledge, and try to scam. I went to get ONLY my car key battery changed. They weren’t paying attention while changing it. Once they were “done” I went to start my car, but it would not turn on. They said it was my alternator and tried selling me one when it was clearly not the problem. I spent an hour there trying to figure it out with my father because they would not help. I normally go to O'Reilly for car parts and other automotive things; they have a great selection of parts, fluids, and tools, plus fast delivery of anything they don't have in-store. This particular visit (Dec 22), I needed to fill the oil in my brother's car that has a small leak. I dropped the oil cap down in the engine bay where I couldn't see it, and I was in a dress shirt which made it hard to lay on the ground or reach into the bay to try to get it. I like to go to the Louisburg Kansas location. They have great prices with great service and they stand behind their products. If they don't have it on hand, they can get it quickly.
