I live in Arkansas but was in Nebraska to see friends. My car had a couple warning lights lighting up so I took it into O’Reilly’s in Grand Island, NE. Travis was so kind and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, arranged for a mechanic to work on my car the next day. He took care of me like I was a relative. I can’t thank O’Reilly’s enough and that Travis guy hung the moon in my book. THANK YOU!!!
