Very friendly staff, great service, helped me out with a windshield wiper blade in the parking lot and I couldn’t be more grateful!
I bought a battery on O'Reilly's website and drove an hour to pick it up in Bismarck. I asked the guy to double check the battery to make sure it would fit . He said "yup, that's the right one".. I drove home only to discover it was wrong! And it was 40 below zero on top of it. I returned the battery, again drove another hour to do so. They didn't even say they were sorry! No discount, no nothing. Poor customer service, rotten website
