Very helpful, friendly staff. I haven’t done anything with old account in years, they brought me up to date with very nice options to go with. Plus got new branch nearby:)
I very much enjoy in-person banking. The tellers at the St John's branch are exceptionally competent and pleasant to interact with, as is the branch manager.
Oregonians community credit union has been one of the best banking experiences I’ve had and they are the friendliest people I’ve had the chance to work with! Very nice and easy to deal with anytime I go in to the Lombard location.
My experience today was enjoyable. They made my day. They were extremely patient with me and that I appreciate. They set me up for online banking and all that goes with that. I told then that I am electronically challenged. I can do basic things on my phone and dealing with internet stuff confuses me. I thank them all for the great experience , customer service. the tellers are both helpful and extremely personable. I am referring to the St Johns branch on N Lombard St. Every question or issue I've had with my accounts has been addressed in a friendly and timely manner. The Oregonian Credit Union gets a full thumbs up from this member.
