DO NOT BANK HERE. Let me explain why: When I was born my parents created an account for me because they believed in credit unions. Over the course of my life, this bank has become worse and worse. First when I got a debit card it would randomly stop working. And that is how I know the customer service got worse. Not only did their cards malfunction (and others I know had similar problems) BUT over the years the wait times to replace them and even answer the phone grew. Rod and the team have been amazing all around! From initial inquiry on opening a HELOC to additionally opening up a business account. Highly recommend for any of your credit union needs or just going in and chatting and asking questions about options that you're interested in.
I found everyone very helpful at each stage of my process (getting added to an existing account). We ran into a technical glitch, but three people worked to figure it out! They were friendly, patient and great to work with!
I had applied for a loan that allowed me to consolidate bills to a car loan. The representative Roderick was very helpful, answered questions, and completed the process within a day and a half. There was no delay in responses to questions, sending paperwork to be signed and verifying documents that I submitted. If anyone wants to work with a financial lender I would recommend Oregonians Credit Union.
