This place is a horrible place to live . You pay a lot of money for a horrible lot! I'm a one of the few who actually pay space rent. I get yelled at by the hostel new manager! She had no reason to yell at me. I pay for my space ( I'm a paying costumer) so I should not be treated like shit!!!!!! In a crap hole that's not worth the harassment!
They are kind and compassionate and have no problem working out payment plans to keep you current on your rent. That's the biggest positive with them. Other than that they are overpriced and they raise our rent every year. Not impressed with that considering I'm in the smallest lot and I pay more than anybody else here.
Jessica the property manager is a blessing as a person. She is the epitome of helpful and works with everyone. Powder River Haven has created a better looking park with a property manager who does an amazing job at communicating requirements. I love this park and the ones running it! I want to purchase a trailer for my daughter to live here because its safe, clean and a great company running it.
