Awful experience with their customer “service”. Being forced on a prepaid account is difficult enough to deal with. Then, when the account balance drops $40+ in one night and makes me eligible for disconnection, do I get any help or explanation? No. Their call center flat out told me they don’t know how to help me. So I went to the local center and it’s closed, I imagine due to strikes cause it seems this company treats their employees as bad as their service members. Automated system is down. I just keep getting is a busy signal. Just trying to pay my bill. No response. Automated service is still down.
