When Dr. Gangal was here, it was decent to come here. I got diagnosed with sleep apnea via a home test and given a CPAP. Then at some point, the doc left, it was time for me to get new supplies for my machine and I got blindsided with a large bill for them, which I could only afford to pay off very slowly. Then when my CPAP machine started making an infernal noise even after much troubleshooting, it was impossible to get someone on the phone to set an appointment! truly one of the worst experiences i've ever had in the medical field. let me just save you time. you have sleep aepnea. do you actually? maybe. maybe not. i guarantee they will tell you that you do so they can bill your insurance for the machines. the follow up meeting was even worse. i swear the woman didn't listen to a single word that i said. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
Has not met the very basic precept of “do no harm.” Recommended a switch in equipment which has resulted in worse sleep since. In follow up appointments has not considered that my poor sleep is related to cpap therapy but rather psychological issues. In reality issues like size and fit of mask, humidity settings, sinus issues and surgeries, etc impact efficacy of treatment significantly and are not psychosomatic.
